They answer the tickets, settle the arguments, catch the griefers, and sit with new players who have no idea what a Z Soul is. Most of it happens quietly and at bad hours, and the server only feels welcoming because someone chose to keep it that way.
Every city you walk through and every structure you fight in was placed by hand. Ragnarok looks like a world instead of a flat map because of them, and unlike most work on a server, theirs is visible every single time you log in.
Everyone who reports a bug, tests a broken build, sits through a restart, or drags friends into a raid. Ragnarok runs on that patience more than anything else. Thank you.
